Tab Sage

Overview

Tab Sage combines everyday web browsing with an on-device AI assistant. As you browse, the assistant can summarize pages, answer questions about what you are reading, and extract key details, without sending your browsing content to a cloud service. Your history, conversations, and page context stay on your machine.

The application is built on Tauri, with a Rust backend and a React interface. The bundled model is Llama 3.2 3B Instruct (Q4_K_M GGUF), executed locally through llama.cpp.

Tab Sage is a desktop application and supports Windows, macOS, and Linux only. It is not available on mobile (iOS or Android).
