Company
Spyxpo is a group. One company in it is incorporated; the rest are sector divisions trading under the Spyxpo name. This page says which is which, so you always know who you are dealing with.
Spyxpo is the group brand and has been the name on the work since 2016. Every product, division, and public commitment is made under it.
Spyxpo Technologies Private Limitedis the group’s only incorporated company. It operates this website, employs the team, and is the contracting party on every order, invoice, agreement, and offer letter. Its statutory particulars are on the company facts page.
The remaining 8 are operating divisions: real work, real teams, but no separate legal entity yet. Each is intended to be incorporated as its own private limited company, and this page is updated the day a certificate is issued — not before.
Software & Cloud
The group's incorporated entity. Builds the software, cloud, and AI platforms, and operates spyxpo.com.
Aerospace
Launch vehicles, propulsion, avionics, and flight systems — the Magnetar programme and everything downstream of it.
Defense & Safety
Surveillance, detection, access control, and protective systems for defence and public-safety users.
Pharma & Life Sciences
Medical devices, diagnostics, and life-sciences instrumentation, built on the group's engineering base.
Construction & Infrastructure
Infrastructure, facilities, and the built environment the group's other divisions manufacture and test in.
Computers
Personal and professional computing hardware, from workstations and servers to wearables.
Robotics & Automation
Autonomous machines, manipulators, and the control stacks that run them.
Energy & Mobility
Power generation and storage, and the electric mobility built on it — the EchoH₂ and Voltide programmes.
Communications
Terrestrial and satellite communication systems, networking hardware, and the protocols between them.
It means exactly what it says. For a division marked that way there is no registered company, no CIN, no separate PAN or GSTIN, and no balance sheet of its own. The name shown under “intended entity name” is the name we plan to apply for; company names in India are subject to approval by the Registrar of Companies and may change.
Practically: if you are contracting with us today, your counterparty is Spyxpo Technologies Private Limited, whichever division you are working with. Anything else — a quotation, an invoice, a signature block — naming a different Spyxpo company is not something we have issued.
