Using the mark

  • Keep clear space around the mark equal to at least half its height on every side.
  • Minimum size is 24 px tall on screen and 8 mm in print.
  • Do not recolour, rotate, stretch, outline, add effects to, or place the mark on a busy photograph.
  • Do not lock the mark up with your own logo, or use it as part of your own product name, logo, or domain.
  • Do not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement that does not exist.

Naming

  • The group brand is Spyxpo— one word, capital S, the rest lower case. Never “SpyXpo”, “SPYXPO”, or “Spy Xpo”.
  • Divisions are written brand-first and unhyphenated: Spyxpo Aerospace, Spyxpo Robotics. Never “Spyxpo-Aerospace” or “SpyxpoAerospace”.
  • The incorporated entity is Spyxpo Technologies Private Limited. It operates spyxpo.com and is the contracting party on agreements. Use the full name on first legal reference, “Spyxpo” thereafter.
  • Only Spyxpo Technologiestakes a “Private Limited” suffix today. The other 8 divisions are not registered companies — writing them as such states something untrue. See the group structure page.
  • The tagline is “Think Differently, Advance Exponentially”. Do not reword or translate it without asking.

The Spyxpo name and logo are trademarks held by Spyxpo Technologies Private Limited on behalf of the Spyxpo group. Permission to reproduce them for editorial coverage, reviews, and news reporting is granted, provided the usage rules above are followed. Any other use — merchandise, promotional material, packaging, or anything suggesting affiliation — needs written permission from legal@spyxpo.com.
