Spyxpo is a group. Spyxpo Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India, is its only registered entity — it operates this website and contracts on the group's behalf. The remaining sector divisions are unincorporated and are listed on the group structure page.
The founders serve as Managing Directors and hold executive responsibility for operations across the group. Registration particulars — CIN, registered office, and incorporation date — are published on the company facts page.
There is no separate board of directors or advisory board at present. This page is updated when that changes.
